Dispute on Credit Card Purchase Letter | Sample

Any problem related to credit card billing error and fraudulent charge dispute, consumers has a right to dispute under the fair credit Billing Act.

If you purchased a product through online, delivered in damage form or not appropriate what you had seen. You have to right to claim you amount. For this you must send a dispute letter within 60 days of purchase.

In April I purchased a Boiler Utensil $1200 from aam.com website through my credit card. I attached the copy of the sales receipt and credit card invoice.
The Item I purchased, as described on the website, was not the same as what was delivered to me. I reported in this issue to aam.com, but they have refused to arrange to pick up the product for themselves and not ready to refund.
The credit card agreement states that i have right not to pay the amount, if wrong product delivered. I report this issues to bank in writing within 30 days of purchase. The amount will refund to my account
So, please remove the charge from my account and advise me what to do with the unacceptable product from aam.com.
